CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS NEEDED Engelberth Construction, Inc.
, a $100 million per year construction manager/general contractor with oces in Vermont and New Hampshire is seeking the following for our VT, NH and MA projects and to be based out of our Keene, NH oce.
PROJECT ENGINEER:
Is responsible for assisting the project team in various capacitiesincluding administration, PM support and estimating.
Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
PROJECT MANAGER:
Is responsible for the overall management of the construction process.
Must have at least 5 years construction experience inthis capacity and have demonstrated the ability to meetthe customers'expectations, complete projects on schedule and within budget; maintain good relationships with client and subcontractors.
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT:
Is responsible for the overall on-site management of the construction project including planning, coordination and supervision of all contractor and subcontractor personnel on site.
Must have at least 10 years construction experience.
ESTIMATOR:
Will have at least 8 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Engineering background preferred.
Mustbe proficient in Timberline Estimating, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, managing the estimating and bid process, correspondence and reporting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
