Right-of-Way Administrator position available in the Colchester VT area. Our client is looking to add a Right-of-Way Administrator to their permanent staff.
Responsibilities for the Administrator
Compose documents for easements, licenses and partial releases.
Work with landowners to resolve damage claim settlements.
Prepare lease and contract agreements.
Maintain right-of-way records related to lease records, permits, and licenses.
Obtain permissions regarding access from property owners and regulatory authorities.
Obtain and negotiate permits and authorization from Rail Road and state government agencies.
Requirements for the Administrator
Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, public administration or related field.
Five or more years of experience in acquisition of right-of-ways and easements in a construction or utility environment.
