Description
As a successful Territory Sales Manage, you will:
Select, train, and lead a team of up to 12 Route Sales Representatives, instilling a high level of customer service and the motivation to achieve sales goals
Apply change management principals to help your team shift the way our customers order from at the door to ordering via our world class online store
Manage the Warehouse Manager who leads a team of Material Handlers, as well as manages the depot, product inventory control, inspections, safety compliance, and maintenance of company trucks
Use your customer-centric skills to acquire and retain new customers, resolve customer issues, and ensure prompt and courteous delivery service
Effectively monitor growth of sales and profit, maintain data and documentation essential to the business operations, appropriately implement cost control measures, and properly maintain company assets

Qualifications:
5 to 7 years related sales, sales management, and/or product distribution experience; food, beverage or other route-based industry experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Ability to inspire, coach and develop others through a shared vision and purpose
Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a variety of settings
Sound comprehension of basic business financials including effective budget management
Excellent driving record and the ability to meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including valid driver's license and corresponding medical certification as a condition of employment for this position

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
