VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
This is a full-time exempt level
position
(40 hours per week) and is eligible for benefits.
As a member of the
executive
Leadership Team, the VP of Clinical operations will take a lead role in executing the VNA s vision of providing the best possible care for our patients, clients, families, and communities. You will build and sustain a portfolio of excellent VNA programs and
services
that are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Agency. In addition, the VP of Clinical Operations will guide and direct the services provided by the Agency s five clinical divisions: Adult Home Care, End-Of-Life, Family and Children Services, Long Term and
community
Care connection, as well as the Quality Outcomes Team and Intake and Referral Department.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Help lead Clinical Directors and staff to implement the organization s Strategic Plan.
Oversee Agency Clinical Systems and Services, as well as Clinical Quality Improvement and Intake/Referral Departments.
Provide agency-wide leadership with the other members of the President s Office.
Oversee Agency Emergency Preparedness.
In coordination with the Vice President for Finance and Administration, act on behalf of the President/CEO in his/her absence
Qualifications:
Master s Degree in nursing required (APRN or NP strongly preferred), current
vermont
RN license, and eight or more years of healthcare management experience with increasing responsibilities, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Home healthcare management experience preferred. Experience in and a philosophy of management and supervisory roles that support the Agency LEADS initiative.
Strong supervisory and planning skills.
Strong critical thinking skills necessary to provide guidance on complex clinical cases.
Excellent communication, writing, and public speaking skills.
VT Driver s License required.
All Agency Employees are required to carry Automobile Insurance. The minimum requirements for Bodily Injury are $100,000 per person and $300,000 per incident. Proof of Insurance is required upon hire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
