Answer inbound calls from customers.
Create service work orders Respond to outbound calls from customers requesting service.
Answer customer questions about products, services, and billing.
Provide information about services, pricing, and any other information customers request.
Manage call volume so that all callers get their questions answered in a timely manner Assist Operations Manager, Parts Manager and President as needed Job Type:
